For Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores I had the opportunity to work on the Layout, Architecture, Set Dressing and Optimization for the main quest "Heaven and Earth".
This section shows the interior of the main Heaven¢ headquarters based on the famous Griffith Observatory in LA. I tried to strike a balance between showing the passage of time and the effects of erosion and destruction, layering in some of the elements that show Londra's effect on the building and keeping enough recognizable elements of the original building.
This was made with a huge collaborative effort from the talented Asset, Concept, World, Vegetation, Tech Art and VFX/Lighting teams.
